Faisal provided the solution to correct my issue when working on any Divi modules going from Desktop View to either Custom or Tablet View. However, his solution is one of the things I checked before reaching out to Divi support and the setting was already set to Desktop View. So, I have no idea why it all of a sudden went back to Desktop View when I start editing any Divi module. Issue is resolved. Thank you Faisal for your support Sir.

I was frustrated with trying to get the autoplay working on the Featured Post Slider. I just couldn’t find it under Design. Faisal within a minute moved me over to the Advanced and showed me were it was. Nice friendly support.

Faisal solved my problem, relatively quickly, though it took several back-and-forths before he understood what the problem actually was. I was trying to align two columns on the baseline in my custom desktop header, but it took some cludgy fixes to fix it.

Faisal make suggestions on how to solve a bug in the Divi Theme. When a fullwidth section is used, WooModules are enabled, but no Modules appears after clicking the “WooModules” button.

I asked for some help that was really not Divi related and Faisal politely let me know that that was outside of the scope of your help, which was totally fine. Thanks for all of the great support that you give Faisal and all the ET crew!!

thanks faisal for your time. For Marius, not good to say to your custormer to learn basics CSS. I know some but I am not dev, I am project manager..! My drawing teacher said to me the same thing because he has divi theme: he is not always happy with the support, sometimes condescending!

It worked but that way change the wireframing of desktop view, the problem just was in cell phone view; finally i decided to erase that module, thanks anyway for you help

After using another WordPress form plugin, Ninja was a breath of fresh air. Very intuitive and easy to learn when creating relatively simple forms. But with more complex forms help was never far away.

I’ve been a developer for almost 10 years now and this is my favorite form builder plugin I’ve used! The visual builder is easy to use and there are plenty of add-ons to extend the functionality of your forms. For more advanced users there are plenty of ways to add your own functionality too! On top of that the support for this plugin is among the best I’ve ever received! I always get a response in a timely manner and the support team has always been helpful and really cares about solving my issues. I’d recommend this plugin to everyone!

I had an issue with my Ninja Forms where the contact form would submit when users pressed “Enter” in the message field. The person who helped was incredibly responsive and helpful. He provided clear instructions and custom JavaScript to fix the problem quickly. Now my form works perfectly. Highly recommend his excellent support!

There are several Form plugins on the market. We decided for this particular one because of its exact feature set and the reasonable pricing not only of the plugin but also the addons. Ninja Forms is saving us hours of work every week. Hours as in: many moments and minutes of aggravating work in between that fray the mind and cost energy.

The addons are well designed and we appreciate the modular approach: We can buy exactly what we want and don’t have to pay for more than we need.

The support is thorough, helpful and friendly. So far we always got a helpful reply.

I had a small issue with the plug-in where the form was not displaying correctly but they were so fast to help and send through the support required for some custom code. Highly recommend to everyone.
