I have offered assistance to over 8,000 individuals through Elegant Themes, SiteCare, and OnTheGoSystems. Additionally, I have contributed approximately 550 responses and successfully addressed over 70 tickets on the forums of Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, and Formidable Forms plugins.

Faisal provided the solution to correct my issue when working on any Divi modules going from Desktop View to either Custom or Tablet View. However, his solution is one of the things I checked before reaching out to Divi support and the setting was already set to Desktop View. So, I have no idea why it all of a sudden went back to Desktop View when I start editing any Divi module. Issue is resolved. Thank you Faisal for your support Sir.

Faisal was so helpful today. I had several errors on my website, due to me not having updated it for a long time. I was frustrated with trying to get the autoplay working on the Featured Post Slider. I just couldn’t find it under Design. Faisal within a minute moved me over to the Advanced and showed me were it was. Nice friendly support.

Faisal solved my problem, relatively quickly, though it took several back-and-forths before he understood what the problem actually was. I was trying to align two columns on the baseline in my custom desktop header, but it took some cludgy fixes to fix it.

Faisal make suggestions on how to solve a bug in the Divi Theme. When a fullwidth section is used, WooModules are enabled, but no Modules appears after clicking the “WooModules” button.

thanks faisal for your time. For Marius, not good to say to your custormer to learn basics CSS. I know some but I am not dev, I am project manager..! My drawing teacher said to me the same thing because he has divi theme: he is not always happy with the support, sometimes condescending!

It worked but that way change the wireframing of desktop view, the problem just was in cell phone view; finally i decided to erase that module, thanks anyway for you help
